I only wanted a USB cable for my phone, literally been waiting since last year (and i'm not trying to be funny because it's the 7th Jan today, i ordered it in October or something) despite having contacted them about it, i'm still waiting.
Rip off merchants! Parts missing, items not delivered and awful customer service.
It was excellent
I bought a tablet for my son, but when it arrived there was a bit of the plastic casing INSIDE the screen. I had to go through a complicated 'support ticket' system only to receive a response saying they would offer me 100 GB points (GearBest I assume), with no explanation of what I could get with these, even though I specifically asked for a refund. Now I'm having to re-state my refund request through another support ticket and will have to pay for return postage even though the item was faulty.
