Moved from Germany back to UK. Whole process seemed a little disorganised but the driver turned up when he was supposed to so that seemed fine.Monitor was damaged during move, can see clear damage to the bubble wrap that it was packed in, when unwrapped the monitor was found to be damaged and is no longer fit for purpose.Contacted VanOne to claim for insurance (insurance form was fully completed prior to move) but they refused to do anything, they offered a 'partial refund' but never actually paid it. I suspect that possibly they do not actually have insurance?I sent images of the damage before I opened it (as I suspected it could be damaged underneath due to the clear damage to the bubble wrap) and after (showing the damage).VanOne suggested that the packaging was to blame and that the monitor should have been wrapped in bubble wrap, the images I sent to them clearly shows that the screen was wrapped in many layers.I picked this company based on the reviews and ended up having to replace a 400 monitor, would have been much cheaper to use a better courier.
Service meets expectations: quick delivery, reliable and professional. I totally recommend if you don't mind to help the driver and plan to organise everything. I've booked 15 SQM truck, and there were more space than expected.
Very competitive price, excellent service, amazing communication. I needed transportation to have my items moved from Rotterdam (Holland) to Scotland. Despite the VanOne web system had been recently upgraded and there were some issues causing the office staff to be very busy with phone calls, I got timely responses to my questions by email and everything was arranged easily to my specific needs. The punctuality of the service is even better than Swiss trains!! Both pick-up and drop-off took place literally speaking within a couple of minutes of what had been arranged days before. Last not least, (actually possibly the best) the driver was an incredibly polite and friendly person. He would do all the offloading of the truck by himself not letting my wife to carry anything heavier than a roller. In summary, I can't think of a better service than the one we got and at a very competitive price. Next time I am moving I already know who to contact for it.
I've called these people 4 times and left 3 messages over 2 weeks and not been able to get through / had a response as requested. They responded to one email but not another. Imagine you're moving country and setting up a new life abroad. Would you trust these guys to help you? I wouldn't.
Very good service! Goods were picked up in France on the Thursday and everything was delivered on the Saturday in Portugal. Everything went to plan and was right on schedule. Can't complain about anything. Only thing worth noting is that we had gone for the cheapest option and there was only one guy there to unload all of our stuff so we helped to go a little quicker.
